Frequently asked questions

Do you accept Housing Choice Vouchers?

Yes — every GCVPM community accepts Housing Choice Vouchers, including HUD-VASH. Our four Norman Oaks communities work with the Norman Housing Authority (NHA), and Copper Place works with the Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). Bring your voucher paperwork to your tour or application.

How fast do you return the Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA)?

We complete our side of the RFTA and return it to your housing authority the same day we receive it.

Can I book a tour without applying first?

Yes. Booking a tour doesn't start an application — you can look around and ask questions before you apply.

What are your screening requirements?

We apply the same rental criteria to every applicant, regardless of income source. Ask your leasing consultant for our current written rental criteria.
